Steven Spielberg's WAR HORSE released Christmas 2011
Steven Spielberg's movie adaptation of WAR HORSE will be in the cinemas just after Christmas and just in time for the 2012 awards season. I spent a large amount of 2010 working on the movie for Neil Corbould Special Effects acting as workshop supervisor for the construction of hundreds of dead bodies and horses as well as animatronic riding rigs and full horse puppets. The movie trailer looks great.

After a prolonged spell on Clash of the Titans 2 and World War Z on location in Malta and Glasgow again for NCSFX, I was very happy to return to Creature Effects and supply numerous makeup gags for Danny Boyle's forthcoming movie TRANCE. The film stars James Mcavoy as an art expert embroiled in a plot to steal a newly discovered Goya. The great ensemble cast also featured Vincent Cassel and Rosario Dawson. We are currnetly about halfway through shooting on the project which because of Boyle's Olympic commitments has a 2013 release date.

Other recent work includes a fat makeup for Mark Wright of THE ONLY WAY IS ESSEX for a trail for the second series of the BAFTA award winning show.

My Santa Beluga art piece, sensationally banned in Milan last year finally got a showing at the WHALELESS show at Fabrica Fluxus Gallery in Bari Italy over the summer and I also contributed to the NECROPOLIS dark arts show at the Congregation Gallery in Hollywood during September. Throughout October you can see examples of my work at artist Tim Roosen's HEAVY METAL show at the NovaBelgica Gallery in Belgium and as part of the CREATURE FEATURE exhibition at Strychnin's Berlin Gallery alongside work from many of my favourite creature designers.
